To safe a job.. LOU is very important & not a comment by reservation, but you have to compare it between LOU and Comment, then you will have a nice work.
Because comment from reservation hand writing and Agent Letter is different as agent letter are fixed. It’s mean, hand writing might be error but Agent LOU, either error or not they can’t blame the hotel.
The most important Tip to serve guest for process check in is:
• Reconfirm Check in & Check out (Agent LOU in your hand)
• Room Type (Agent LOU in your hand)
Then compare it.. and you have a mention a little bit regarding booking made, etc breakfast, smoking/non smoking, hotel info if available.
Optional:
Reconfirm request especially low peak
Apologize during peak period,
